About Your Coach
I’m not a therapist or a psychologist, but I have a deep interest in human behavior and potential. As an experienced educator and coach, I began teaching at the university level in 2012.
With a self-taught background in art and a foundation in engineering, I have managed, designed and taught bachelor’s art programs at six universities, while also collaborating with various independent creative studios. My international experience includes work in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Moldova, the UK, and the US.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported countless students navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, procrastination, and impostor syndrome. I’ve also worked closely with educators experiencing burnout and emotional exhaustion, helping them restore balance and rebuild a healthy classroom environment.
But my journey hasn’t just been professional—it’s been deeply personal and transformative.
Over ten years ago, my husband, Marcel, and I faced a turning point when he experienced severe burnout. With his background as an engineer and game developer, traditional medical treatments offered no relief.
Together, we began exploring alternative paths. Marcel immersed himself in holistic health, nutrition, and neuroscience, while I turned to personal development, growth mindset, and mindfulness.
As we both evolved, so did my creative career—shifting from making art to teaching, mentoring, coaching, and consulting. Every major transformation in my life began with what felt like a breakdown—a moment when everything seemed to fall apart. Looking back, I now see those moments as breakthroughs: necessary transitions that allowed me to release old patterns and step into new ways of being.
Today, Marcel runs Refresh My Health, and together we collaborate on projects focused on holistic health, well-being and mindset. Our shared mission is to help others rediscover their balance, creativity, and inner strength—because transformation always begins from within.

There are four steps to getting started with working together. My coaching process includes an initial consultation, goal setting, a coaching plan, and regular live classes.

Send me a brief message using the contact form on my website, and I’ll confirm your request within 48 hours. Please include a few words about the challenge you’re facing and share your main area of interest so I can best support you.
Step 2. Goal Setting
I’d like to invite you to a complimentary 60-minute session called “Get to Know Each Other.” During this session, we’ll take the time to connect, discuss your current situation, and clarify your personal goals and needs. By the end, you’ll have a clear understanding of the overall program framework and the associated costs, so you can make an informed decision about your next steps.
Step 3. Personalized Plan
Based on our conversation, I’ll follow up with a brief overview outlining the proposed number of sessions and the key milestones along your journey. If my coaching proposal resonates with you, we’ll move forward by setting up your online class, and together we’ll choose the day and time that fit your schedule.
Step 4. Regular Live Sessions
Typically, we meet once or twice a week via Google Meet, depending on needs and availability. Each 90-minute session combines thoughtful discussion, practical insight and constructive feedback designed to support your personal growth and transformation.
Payment
The fee is established as a fixed rate per hour. Rates may vary slightly based on the complexity of the goals and challenges. For long-term collaborations, payment options can be streamlined for convenience.
Technical Infrastructure
You’ll need your own basic hardware (computer, tablet, or smartphone) to participate in the sessions. We may use a few supporting tools, such as mind maps, introduced gradually based on your individual needs.
You don’t need to purchase any memberships for Google Drive or Google Meet — I’ll provide the necessary storage space and host all video conferences.
Here’s what you’ll use during our collaboration:

- Email or WhatsApp – for communication and follow-ups between sessions.
Popular Questions About 1-on-1 Training
Can I Cancel or Pause the Course?
Absolutely. I value open communication and flexibility, so you’re welcome to take breaks or cancel your participation. There are no extra fees for cancellations made in a timely manner.
However, if you miss a live session without prior notification, a 50% session fee will apply to cover my reserved time. If taking frequent breaks or pausing becomes a recurring pattern, I may suggest ending our collaboration to maintain the integrity and consistency of the coaching process.
Do I Need Any Preparation Before Starting the Coaching Sessions?
No preparation is required. We begin exactly where you are and build from there. My coaching program provides clear, step-by-step guidance that’s easy to follow and tailored to your individual pace. That said, I do work selectively with clients who are genuinely committed to learning, self-reflection, and growth. Your willingness to engage and stay open to change is the foundation of a successful coaching journey.
How Long Can I Continue the Training?
My coaching program is structured around a set number of sessions, each designed with a specific goal in mind. However, the journey can naturally evolve into long-term training as we continue building upon your progress and working toward increasingly challenging goals. The ultimate objective is for you to develop strong mental and emotional skills and gain a deep understanding of how everything connects, so that, in time, you can confidently find your own answers and navigate life with clarity and confidence.
I’m Under 18 — Can I Still Be Coached?
Yes, my coaching services are open to individuals of all ages. However, if you’re under 18, parental consent is required before starting. What truly matters is your curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to explore new ideas. Age isn’t the main factor — it’s the connection and chemistry between us that make the coaching experience meaningful and effective.
